FREE SHIPPING COST for orders over 130,00 Euro only for Greece.

With Hellenic Post.

The shipping cost is 7-10 working days for European Union.10-20 working days for Balkan countries and 20-30 days for the rest countries.

Delivery time depends on the shipping time you choose. Shipping are made daily except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The shipping cost for each destination as well as the total cost of your order can be seen in your shopping cart before proceeding with ordering.

Your order status, bill of lading number and shipping details are sent by e-mail. With the Barcode to be sent to you, you have the ability to track and search for your order at any time.

The order form shows the expected delivery date of the items you ordered.

 Calculation of shipping cost, depending on weight, dimensions, city or country is automatically made and appears during the ordering process.

Any customs duties and special taxes set by the customs authorities in countries outside the European Union are burdened by the recipients who will take care of the planned procedures. Our  e-shop cannot know the amount of these charges.

Payment on delivery service isn't valid in abroad.

In case of losing a parcel, the deadlines set by the Hellenic Post or the respective transport companies regarding the declaration of loss and the compensation are observed. The customer has 10 working days from receiving the shipping confirmation e-mail to declare his loss to the business. After this deadline, no statement will be accepted.

In the event that the customer declares a lost parcel within 10 days, the business undertakes to open a search folder. As part of this process, the firm is likely to ask the client for the various documents required to open the file. The customer should send these documents as soon as possible.

Finally, the shipping company gives the final response to the parcel search within 2 weeks at the latest. The answer may be: either that the parcel was found and in this case it is sent to the customer in accordance with the normal procedure or that there is a loss of parcel, in which case the company informs the customer and re-sends the product or compensates the customer accordingly with the customer's choice.

Upon delivery by the shipping company to the customer, each product must be inspected and any reservations recorded on the carrier's delivery note in case of partial or total damage. If the customer does not complain upon receipt of the parcel, this means that the parcel has been delivered in good condition and no ex-post request or complaint will be accepted by the company. If the customer wishes to complain to Hellenic Post or the courier, he/she will have to submit a written request to the shipping company within 3 working days of delivery. The request must be sent by registered post with acknowledgment of receipt.

Finally, any parcel that has not been requested by the customer and returned to the business is reimbursed with shipping costs.

In the event that the shipping company fails to deliver an unspecified parcel rather than the one intended for the customer, the customer must immediately inform the company by e-mail at for any mismatch between the product , quality, quantity) no later than 13:00 on the next working day after receipt of the package. After this deadline, it will not be accepted and the business will not be liable to the customer.

The shipped products are covered by insurance for damage or loss during transportation. The validity of such security ceases to exist once the product is delivered to the customer.

The products to be shipped from the pandoraartshop e-shop are packed with great care and meticulousness. After receipt of the goods, the customer should carefully remove the packaging paper and protective materials, taking care not to damage the products.
